Insurance & Billing FAQs

Contact your insurance provider or our office to verify your mental health benefits, provider network, and any out-of-pocket costs before your visit.

A deductible is the amount you pay for covered healthcare services before your insurance begins paying its share.

A copay is a fixed amount you pay per visit, while coinsurance is a percentage of the cost that you pay after meeting your deductible.

Sliding scale fees may be available based on eligibility and provider availability. Please contact our office to learn more.

If your insurance doesn’t cover services, you can still receive care through our self-pay options. Contact us for current rates and payment information.
